Service specialists have extensive experience in installation, maintenance and repair of office equipment. Technical expertise is acquired entirely by high demand in standards - each service technician passes a certification procedure for a selected product groups.
How does the service function?
Response Time
The service is able to respond to all requests for warranty or guarantee service within 1-2 working days. In certain cases and under previously agreed conditions (e.g. subscriptions), this period may be reduced to 2 hours in the cities where we have service centers and 6 hours of other places.
Our program of quality servicing, in line with European norms and standards, offers premium technical support.
Temporary Equipment
Provision of trial office equipment with similar parameters to the serviced equipment is a real advantage for our customers. Various spare parts and large stocks allow for the provision of any equipment.
On the Spot Repair
For greater convenience of our customers, large and heavy equipment may be repaired on the spot. Problems with other types of equipment are removed in the service centers Copylink.

Warranty and Post-Warranty Service
Our service department carries out warranty and post warranty service of the full range of office equipment of Konica Minolta, Brother,Toshiba and other brands of office equipment.
Subscription
This is a convenient form of maintenance in the long term pre-agreed higher requirements (response time, trial equipment, maintenance, overtime, etc.). Customers pay a monthly or quarterly subscription fee, independent of labor input. If the equipments warranty period is over, replacement parts are priced additionally. In addition to equipment supplied by us, we can provide and service equipment from other suppliers as well.
